Operation: Keller AI
Ready to build AI that matters? Operation Keller AI is a tech-for-good initiative empowering blind and low-vision community navigators. In our system, Keller AI acts as the intelligent "brain" powering workflows, while Keller Chat serves as the voice-first, highly accessible communication platform.
You will help build this screen-reader-friendly interface to handle the digital heavy lifting like processing voice commands, drafting emails, and surfacing trusted resources. Join us to dismantle accessibility barriers and build a zero-friction platform, allowing our navigators to focus entirely on human connection: learning about a person's life first and their lens second.

You'll need:
- Experience with AI coding tools like Claude or OpenAI.
- Interest in community-driven accessibility testing.
- Experience with Google Cloud.
Backend & CRM Integrator
Ready to architect the engine behind a tech-for-good platform? You will lay our foundational infrastructure by configuring secure Google Cloud environments and our non-PHI HubSpot CRM layer. By designing data schemas and building bidirectional push/pull workflows, you will ensure seamless data communication for our Phase 1 prototype.
What you'll do:

- Design the Phase 1 data schema for the HubSpot CRM layer.
- Build bidirectional push/pull workflows connecting the Keller Chat frontend with HubSpot API.

- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools and APIs.
Data & Compliance Researcher
Ready to tackle complex data routing in a high-impact healthcare environment? You will research and map our PHI-filtering firewall logic to ensure strict HIPAA compliance as our platform scales. By defining crucial data separation rules, you will securely route sensitive health data to our Google Cloud Vault and safe metadata to HubSpot.
What you'll do:
- Define data separation rules distinguishing PHI from non-PHI.
- Map middleware structures to route sensitive data to Google Cloud and safe metadata to HubSpot.
- Research and outline the compliance architecture required for Phase 2 data flows.
You'll need:
